The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

America's Best Windows and Doors follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, browser version, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit out service or when you access the service by or through a mobile device. We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
The company will also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. Data form social networks
Our website may also gather your user information from social networking sites, such as Apple’s game center, Facebook, Google +, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks.
The site may by default access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.

Cal OPPA – California Online Privacy Protection Act notice
A Do Not Track (DNT) standard has not be adopted to this day, and therefore America’s Best Windows and Doors does not use DNT signals. Currently, various browsers (including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari) offer a DNT options that relies on a technology known as DNT header that sends a signal to websites visited by the browser user about the user’s DNT preference. You can usually access your browser’s DNT options in your browser’s preferences.
America’s Best Windows and Doors does not authorize the collection of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) for third party use through advertising technologies without separate your consent. We take privacy and security very seriously and strive to put our members first in all aspects of our business. With regard to DNT, we currently do not response to DNT signals in browser because no DNT standard has been adopted, as noted above.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet.
Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
